Responsibilities
- Lead generation and processing incoming website inquiries.
- Preparing negotiations, presentations, and organizing on-site meetings with decision-makers.

- Drafting and sending emails and commercial proposals to the target audience.

Responsibilities
- Transfer and receipt of technical, project, initial permit, and as-built documentation
- Maintenance of logs and work schedules
- Approval of work execution plans, changes or deviations from working documentation
- Organization of procurement and movement of tools and materials from warehouses
- Organization of delivery of documentation, materials, consumables, workwear and tools
- Approval of work execution plans
- Signing of documents: as-built documentation, certificates of completion, work permits, defect reports, etc.
- Participation in meetings with the customer
- Providing reports on work performed
Requirements
- Experience with as-built documentation, maintaining logs, work schedules, etc.
- Relevant technical education, preferably in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of construction legislation, construction technologies, and on-site work organization
- Knowledge of engineering systems and regulatory documents for electrical works (PUE, SNiP, SP, etc.)
- Negotiation skills, building communication with clients, colleagues, and work crews
- Proficient PC and office equipment user, skilled in MS Office, MS Project, specialized databases, search tools, and Internet resources
- Ability to read design documentation (AutoCAD) and connection diagrams
Conditions
